Paliashvili Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, Honored Artist of Georgia (1961); Spouse - Eduard Yefimovich Alekseyev (1937 – 202) - scientists, ethnomusicologist, chairman of the Folklore Commission of the Union of Soviet Composers (1972 -1992), a director of the department of the General Theory of Folklore at the Moscow State Institute of Art Studies, a member of the International Council for Traditional Music (ICTM, 1987), a vice-president of the Academy of Spirituality of the Sakha Republic (1996-97). Alekseyev led multiple ethnographic expeditions to Yakutia, Abkhazia, Adygeia, Adzharia, Altai, Bashkiria, Belarus, Buryatia, the Crimea, Kalmykia, Kirghizia, the Krasnodar Territory, Mongolia, Tuva, Uzbekistan, and West Georgia and Svanetia. Dr. Alekseyev is the author of many musical works, including the opera "Song about Manchary" (co-author German Komrakov, performed at the Yakutsk Theater for Opera and Ballet in 1967, 1972, 1997, 2014) and over 100 ethnomusicological publications. Doughter - Maia Tomadze 1954.06.26 – 1994.12.18 (soprano singer, People's Artist of Georgia(1987), and laureate of the Francisco Viñas International Competition in Barcelona (1987, Grand Prix and Gold Medal). She was a member of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Georgia (1990–1991), representing the Tbilisi Samgori #20 electoral district as a majoritarian. Tomadze served as Chairman of the Music Subcommittee within the Commission on Culture, Education, and Science. She was among the signatories of the Act of Restoration of Independence of Georgia on April 9, 1991. Grandson – Giorgi Rukhadze (lawyer)
